Shipping Policy:

At the moment I can only ship to Canadian addresses. Items will be shipped by way of Canada Post. 

Discounted Shipping: $10 Flat rate across  Canada..

US shipping is usually a higher cost as well as the issue of having to pay duties and taxes. If you want me to investigate and come back to you with the costs, I’ll be happy to look into it for you.

All shipping costs will be your responsibility whether it is being mailed to you or is a return. Additionally if you wish to provide an alternate mailing address that can be done as well. Any gift wrapping requests will result in an additional cost. This amount will be provided upon request.

Please note that once the package has left my possession, Cuddle Bear Crochet is in no way liable for the loss and or damage of any items. Upon shipping, I will provide you with the Canada Post tracking number.

Return Policy:

Returns of product will be accepted for reimbursement once the item has been received in good condition and without any damage or discoloration. The cost of the shipping for the return will be yours to bear. You will receive an in-store credit in the amount of the originally purchased item.
